What data we collect
Data you provide in the brief form, in an information pack request or by e-mail: company or organisation name, contact person’s name, business e-mail address, optionally a phone number and information about the asset you are looking for, as well as data you give us by phone or WhatsApp. Please do not send identity documents, bank details or confidential memoranda.
Purpose and legal basis
We process data to reply to your enquiry and prepare an initial shortlist (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — steps prior to entering into a contract) and in our legitimate interest in conducting business correspondence (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), including protecting our forms against spam and abuse (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We send marketing information only with your separate, voluntary consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you may withdraw at any time.
Recipients
Data may be processed by technical service providers acting on our behalf, in particular for hosting, data storage and spam protection (Cloudflare — the Turnstile service evaluates, among other things, your IP address and browser signals) and for e-mail. Messages sent via WhatsApp are also processed by that service’s provider (WhatsApp / Meta). Where data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses apply.
Retention
If an enquiry does not lead to cooperation, we keep the data for 12 months from the last contact and then delete it. If we work together, we keep the data for the duration of the cooperation and the period required by law.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict processing, to data portability and to object, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Cyprus, the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection.
